Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage sales and marketing interns.
- Drive training institute, college and corporate partner acquisition.
- Oversee outreach, tele calling, follow-ups and lead conversion.
- Plan and coordinate workshops with colleges and training partners.
- Monitor team performance, partnership pipeline and prepare regular reports.
Must Have
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Team management and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and email communication.
- Basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and ability to work independently.
Nice to have
- Experience in sales, marketing or business development.
- Experience managing or supervising interns.
- Exposure to colleges, training institutes or corporate clients.
- Knowledge of CRM, ERP and digital marketing.
- Experience in lead generation and partnership acquisition.
