Please observe below Clause Pattern:

SVOd: Verb + Object (= -ing participle clause – having Subject)

Below verbs can be used to form above pattern:

(can’t) bear, dislike, dread, (not) fancy, forget, hate, (can’t) help, imagine, involve, justify, like, loathe, love, (not) mind, miss, need, permit, prevent (from), prohibit (from), recall, recommend, regret, remember, resent, risk, save, (can’t) stand, start, stop (from)

E.g.:

1.      I can’t bear anybody teasing me.

2.      I dislike him shouting at people like this.

3.      I dread her asking me about it.

4.      I don’t fancy him getting any money out of those people.

5.      She hasn’t forgotten him criticizing her.

6.      They hate their son working together with us.

7.      I can’t help it happening.

Additional exercise: To reinforce pattern into your brain you can practice saying word groups you formed 4-5 times aloud. Use correct pronunciation, use word linking technique, apply stressed timed rhythm.
