SVOd: Verb + Object (= wh-infinitive clause)

Below verbs can be used to form above pattern: 

debate, decide, demonstrate, discover, explain, forget, know, learn, wonder.

E.g.:

1.      He debated what to do under the circumstances.

2.      He couldn’t decide what to do.

3.      He then demonstrated/explained how to do it.

4.      The police will soon discover how all these came to happen.

5.      They didn’t know where to look for him.
