Please observe below Clause Pattern:
SVA/SVOd: Verb + Object (= Noun phrase) or Adverbial
Below verbs can be used to form above pattern:
clean, freeze, handle, mark, polish, sell, stain, wash.
E.g.:
1. I’m cleaning/polishing my shoes.
2. These shoes clean/polish easily.
3. You had better freeze this cake.
4. This sort of cake doesn’t freeze well.
5. Look at the way he handles the car.
6. His car handles very well.
7. This sort of floor does not mark easily.
8. Nothing can mark this sort of floor.
9. This chair sales at Rs 1000.
10. They sell this chair for Rs. 1000.
